The Role:

As part of the in-store team, you will provide visual support by creating engaging product placements and utilizing the latest fashion trends. You will design window and in-store displays, maximize store profitability through visual concepts, and showcase new products while ensuring JD standards are maintained throughout the store.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow weekly visual merchandising briefs and implement them in-store.
• Attract, engage, and motivate customers to make purchases through creative displays.
• Regularly update mannequins, displays, and windows according to seasons and retail calendar events.
• Set up and monitor in-store promotions using POS materials.
• Analyze Oracle data to optimize product placement and store layout.
• Provide training and support team development in merchandising and displays.
• Participate in weekly development activities to prepare for future roles.
• Communicate feedback to the Town Merchandiser regarding in-store visual activities.
• Maintain professionalism and lead by example at all times.
• Work safely and responsibly, promoting a high standard of hygiene and store maintenance.

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Needed:
