The Role

Our Retail Team seeks a Junior Visual Merchandiser to join our Sevenoaks location in Abbotsford, BC. You will support the store visually by creating engaging product displays, utilizing the latest fashion trends, and maximizing store profitability through innovative visual concepts. Your responsibilities include designing window and in-store displays, introducing new products, and ensuring adherence to JD standards across the store.

Responsibilities

1. Implement weekly visual merchandising briefs within the store.
2. Attract and motivate customers through advanced visual techniques.
3. Update mannequins, displays, and windows seasonally and for retail events.
4. Manage in-store promotions using POS materials.
5. Analyze Oracle data to optimize product placement and store layout.
6. Provide training and support to team members on merchandising and displays.
7. Participate in ongoing development to prepare for future roles.
8. Communicate visual merchandising activities and feedback to the Town Merchandiser.
9. Maintain professionalism and lead by example.
10. Work safely and responsibly at all times.
11. Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and store maintenance standards.
