Job description

Automated DesignWorks (ADW) is not your typical software firm. We are a nimble, high-intensity engineering software startup developing design automation frameworks, bespoke scripting integrations, and advanced CAD modeling architectures that dramatically accelerate design-to-manufacturing lifecycles. We are looking for a CAD Automation Software Engineer to join us on the ground level.

At ADW, we believe in fostering a nurturing environment filled with mutual respect and dedication to the task at hand. We are a fast-growing company that believes you have what it takes to make a positive impact on your future here as well as our collective future; and we believe in providing plenty of opportunities for advancement to those willing to commit to our mutual growth.

At ADW, we believe in open and honest communication. In pursuit of that, we want it to be clear: The workload here will be big, the responsibilities will be large, and the expectations will be high. We don't say this to scare you off; we say it because for the right person, that is exactly what makes an opportunity thrilling. You are coming in to help us plant the roots of this company. Every single line of code you write will directly shape our product architecture and determine our trajectory. Your work here will matter a lot.

We couple this high-intensity execution with a supportive culture rooted in mutual respect, transparency, and collaboration. We give you the autonomy necessary to succeed, while providing a clear launchpad for those ready to commit to our collective growth.

If you have a hunger for engineering excellence and a desire to move fast, ADW is an absolute career accelerator. If you execute with precision and out-perform expectations, you will not be held back by arbitrary corporate timelines or red tape. We actively reward execution, resourcefulness, and grit. Perform exceptionally well here, and your professional trajectory, ownership, and role will scale at an equal pace.

  • Partner closely with our core engineering team to rapidly prototype, debug, and push features from concept to production.
  • Take complete ownership of your deployment pipeline, ensuring robust source control, clean documentation, and thorough validation against design requirements.
You Will Thrive at ADW if you…
