Aberdeen Hall provides Competitive Compensation for permanent Faculty at an annual salary of $66,499 to $114,962, inclusive of vacation pay and commensurate with years of teaching experience and education level. Our teachers make decisions of considerable consequence in determining how best to aid students in the learning process. The functional role of this position requires teaching, learning, mentorship, collaboration, assessing, evaluating, and supporting the students and the school.
