SCOPE OF JOB

The role of the Sales Advisor is to ensure that every visitor to our showrooms has an outstanding experience consistent with the VinFast brand and vision. Our Sales Advisors engage with all guests, sharing their knowledge and providing demonstrations to generate brand and product excitement. Working in close collaboration with their assigned Senior Sales Advisor and fellow team members, the Sales Advisor is responsible for the sale of VinFast Canada electric vehicles, guiding clients through all stages of becoming VinFast vehicle owners. This role supports the sales cycle from prospect to purchase and requires tracking all client and sales activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

1. Represent the values of VinFast with every client interaction by displaying deep passion and generating excitement with clients who are joining the VinFast Family.
2. Engage with clients and fellow team members in a multi-level, matrixed, client-centric environment.
3. Demonstrate excellence in all work activities consistently.
4. Greet clients promptly and professionally, executing established lead capture processes.
5. Support a positive client Test Drive experience.
6. Master and maintain familiarity with all VinFast product features and functionality.
7. Work toward becoming a subject matter expert in all areas related to Electric Vehicles (EVs) and the competitive landscape.
8. Meet and exceed KPIs as outlined by the Showroom Sales Manager and Senior Sales Advisor for Pre-Delivery and Post-Delivery of Vehicles.
9. Educate clients regarding the entire VinFast delivery process.
10. Collaborate with other functional areas of the business and external partners to ensure a seamless client delivery experience.
11. Contribute to a positive and inclusive culture focused on hard work, innovative thinking, and having fun.
12. Adhere to all VinFast brand standards, including store cleanliness, appearance, merchandising, and dress code.
13. Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
