Responsibilities

• Perform complete title searches and closings with accuracy and timeliness.
• Determine search type (residential, commercial, full, PPSA, etc.) and compile information in a standard format.
• Prepare abstracts, plot sketches and chain of title; assist with billing and disbursements.
