Onni in Vancouver is seeking a Junior Formwork Project Manager to help bring multifamily residential projects from planning to completion. You will develop and track schedules, oversee subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with drawings and budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multifamily residential construction experience.
• Understanding of the structural building sequence.
• Direct work experience in a project management capacity, including process development and execution.
• Experience overseeing large high-rise and multifamily and commercial projects is an asset.
• Project Management education is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Developing, tracking, and maintaining project schedules.
• Reviewing critical path and adapting projects to meet deadlines.
• Reporting and updating Project Director and CapWest Forming leadership on project schedule.
• Oversee tendering process and contract administration.
• Define project scope for all subcontractors and employees in coordination with the Project Director.
• Allocate project resources and equipment from internal and external sources.
• Manage project documentation, communication, and reporting.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope and plan contingency measures.
• Track changes in drawings, internal change orders and back charges.
• Ensure project is built on budget, on schedule, and to drawings.

Scheduling:

• Developing, tracking, and maintaining project schedules
• Reviewing critical path, and quickly adapting or accelerating projects to meet deadlines

• Certificate, University degree, or college diploma would be an asset
