• Oversee and manage 40+ active commercial construction projects.
• Directly supervise project managers, designers, engineers, and city officials.
• Ensure all projects are completed within four months.
• Ensure deadlines are met at all levels for all stakeholders.
• Enforce compliance with building codes, permits, bylaws, and safety regulations.
• Work closely with municipalities to navigate permitting and approval processes.
• Provide clear and direct leadership to a team of 40+ professionals.
• Utilize strong computer and communication skills to manage reporting, scheduling, and coordination.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial construction project management.
• Have experience overseeing the construction of chain locations
• Proven success in hitting deadlines and holding teams, partners, and stakeholders accountable.
• Strong knowledge of codes, bylaws, permits, and construction best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage large teams and multiple projects.
• Ability to enforce deadlines and ensure financial accountability.
