Job summary

Altis Technology in Montreal, QC is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support a large-scale PLM digital transformation within a complex enterprise environment. You will work under a Senior Project Manager to keep multiple workstreams organized, visible, and moving forward, gaining hands-on exposure to a major technology transformation.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience supporting projects, PMO activities, IT, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or business transformation initiatives, including relevant co‑op or internship experience.
• Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or equivalent combination of relevant education and practical project experience.
• Working knowledge of project management fundamentals and Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Exposure to PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, enterprise systems, ERP, engineering, manufacturing, or digital transformation is an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI, or comparable project planning and reporting tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, work plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and workstream trackers.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, executive summaries, presentations, and governance materials.
• Maintain RAID and decision logs, following up with owners to keep actions and mitigation plans on track.
• Coordinate meetings and workshops, prepare agendas and minutes, document decisions, and track action items.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify delivery risks, monitor progress, and escalate issues.
• Maintain organized project documentation and repositories using SharePoint and other approved collaboration tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in project templates, reporting methods, processes, and ways of working.

Duration: 12-month contract, 8 hours per day
Compensation: $30.00$40.00 per hour

Working closely with a Senior Project Manager, youll help keep multiple workstreams organized, visible, and moving forward while gaining hands‑on exposure to a major technology transformation.
