Responsibilities :

• Review customer requirements with Project Manager to define material and resource needs.
• Ensure all purchases are supported by approved Purchase Requests with proper documentation.
• Issue purchasing requests based on schedule and production plans.
• Create Sales Orders in ERP.
• Schedule jobs in ERP, supporting the Project Management team with transactions such as Inventory, PO, RMA, DMR, etc.
• Prepare part number requests for accessories and job materials.
• Ensure all parts are included in Sales Orders and Jobs, coordinating with procurement and Project Management.
• Monitor purchasing progress and resolve delays in deliverables.
• Complete Release to Test / Ship in ERP.
• Maintain accurate records and KPIs.
• Attend and document meetings related to Operations, Production, Quality, Inventory, and Procurement, following up on actions.
• Review daily transactions affecting project costs and compare with sales and forecasts.
• Provide reports on production progress and cost estimate changes.
• Organize Production Kick-off meetings and monitor action items.
• Support the Project Management team in monitoring project delivery plans.
• Perform other duties supporting the Project Management team.

Prerequisites :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
