A leading construction management firm is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to support its VP of Operations. This role involves tracking project documentation and coordinating with trades while offering flexibility for remote work based on performance. Junior Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager
Location : North Toronto (in-office with some flexibility)
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
Reports To : VP Operations
About the Company
Our client a seasoned Construction Management firm specializing in corporate interiors . They have operated for many decade and work with a trusted circle of repeat clients law firms, banks, insurance companies, and national office / retail brands. The bread and butter projects are fast-paced, high-touch interiors in the $250K$350K range, with a premium on client satisfaction, schedule, and smooth turnover .
They subcontract 100% of trades and are signatory to major trade unions. Youll be joining a tight-knit, low-ego team that works fast, works smart, and values reliability over bravado.
