Job summary

The role involves collaborating with Field Operations, Joint Venture, Land and other Accounting teams, managing master data, cost allocations, and regulatory reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and are pursuing CAPPA, with internship or entry-level oil/gas experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Preferred: CAPPA certificate or working towards.
• Experience in accounting and/or oil & gas through internships, co-op placements, or entry-level roles.

Responsibilities

• Support production and revenue accounting for non-operated and operated gas plants, oil facilities and associated wells.
• Collaborate with Field Operations, Joint Venture, Land and other Accounting teams.
• Well, royalty, market master, facility charges and other master data management.
• Recording cost allocations to wells for trucking, treating and any other charges.
• Reconciliation of revenue receivable accounts and volume variances.
• Government regulatory and internal reporting.
• Support on audits, projects and other team initiatives.
