Qualifications

• Business Degree or Diploma in accounting and/or finance or a related field.
• If applicable, this role provides practical experience requirements necessary for CPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly reconciliations and analyses for accounts including School Generated Funds and Mastercard.
• Verify bank accounts daily and analyze deposits for proper coding and justification.
• Handle invoices; audit A/P batches for accuracy, timing and spending policies.
• Investigate GL variances with proper documentation and authorization.
• Lead collection and entry of third-party invoicing and deposits.
• Prepare regulatory reports (T4As, charity return, financial statements).
• Support internal controls and collaborate to improve processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
