We are a specialized engineering company with international exposure and expertise in the design, fabrication, and qualification of sterile, high-purity, and potent containment process equipment and plants. We are expanding our team by recruiting talented professionals and offer a creative engineering environment with diverse projects in the bio-pharmaceutical, personal care, and food industries.

Position

You will be part of a cross-functional engineering team as a Jr. Process Designer (or Engineer if you hold a P.Eng.). Your role involves developing and delivering conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design packages up to CQV for GMP-compliant process equipment and unit operations used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Develop Design Basis
• Evaluate Process Alternatives
• Create User Requirement Specifications (URS)
• Design Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
• Prepare Process Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Integrate Unit Operations
• Design Equipment Plot Plans and Layouts
• Specify and Size Equipment
• Develop and Execute Commissioning & Qualification Protocols
