Responsibilities

1. Assist in monitoring and maintaining computer networks and systems
2. Help troubleshoot network issues and provide support to users
3. Assist with network equipment setup, configuration, and updates
4. Document network configurations and procedures
5. Work with senior IT staff to improve network reliability and performance

Qualifications

1. Clearance: Secret (mandatory, must be eligible to apply)
2. Language: English
3. Degree or diploma in IT, Networking, or a related field
4. Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
