Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Junior Microsoft 365 Administrator to support day-to-day operations of an enterprise Microsoft 365 environment. You will assist with administration, monitoring, and service requests under senior engineers in a structured ITIL-based support model.

You will gain hands-on experience across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Office apps in a regulated enterprise setting. Hybrid work model in Canada is available.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 or Office 365 in an IT environment.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online or OneDrive.
• Understanding of common IT support concepts (incidents, service requests, escalation).
• Interest in Microsoft cloud services and learning enterprise-scale environments.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line operational support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 Office applications.
• Perform user administration tasks such as license assignment, group and access updates, and account changes following approved requests.
• Support incident triage and troubleshooting under guidance from senior engineers.
• Monitor service health dashboards and report alerts or issues.
• Assist with Teams and collaboration administration in line with governance standards.
• Support basic email security tasks within Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and MFA user support.
