Bell Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to lead design and implementation of M365 services, engage senior clients, and drive new business opportunities. The role emphasizes technical leadership, solution design, and mentorship within a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT with 5+ years in MS 365, strong security knowledge, and proven client-facing success, plus relevant certifications and PowerShell/Graph API skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years IT experience with ≥5 years focused on MS 365 implementations.
• Proven experience leading discussions with senior client stakeholders.
• Track record in business development: lead generation, proposals, and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of MS 365 security and compliance requirements.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications beyond foundational level (e.g., M365 Certified: Admin Expert).
• Basic PowerShell scripting and Graph API knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 services including Copilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and more.
• Lead technical discussions with senior client representatives and translate tech concepts to business language.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Microsoft 365 space.
• Collaborate with clients to design and maintain customized M365 solutions and documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior technical staff.
