We are a growing, Toronto-based marketing company known for delivering creative and effective campaigns across multiple channels. From brand activations and direct marketing to events and partnerships, we bring ideas to life through strategic execution and hands-on collaboration.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an on-site role based in Toronto — remote work is not available . The ideal candidate is eager to build a foundation in marketing, is proactive, organised, and passionate about brand communication and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Assist with coordinating in-person marketing activities, promotional events, and activations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and partnerships
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on KPIs
• Help manage content across digital and social channels (as needed)
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and inventory of promotional materials
• Conduct basic market research to support strategic decisions
• Ensure all brand activities are aligned with company standards and objectives

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or CRM tools is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site daily in Toronto and occasionally attend off-site events
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
