Job summary

Magna Cosma International is seeking a Junior Manufacturing Engineer to assist in design, improvement, and launch of assembly processes. You will gain exposure to tooling, robotics, automation, machine vision, and AI-enabled analytics while working with experienced engineers on real projects.

This is a replacement position with opportunities to develop technical and cross-functional skills. The role is based in Milton, Canada, with a salary range of CAD 65,000 to CAD 75,000.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree/diploma or trades cert with relevant assembly/design experience.
• Reading engineering drawings and GD&T; CAD exposure is an asset.
• Strong problem solving and willingness to learn from results.

Responsibilities

• Handle small scale projects from inception to completion with leadership follow-up.
• Conduct manpower efficiency studies and line balancing analysis.
• Prepare reports and documentation for engineering records.
• Collaborate with departments to design solutions improving production efficiency.
