Qualifications

• Minimum one year hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, manuals, and drawings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Observe and perform all safety rules and precautions.
• Inspect, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities according to schedules.
• Maintain building systems and assist with facility maintenance.
• Record all repairs completed and respond to work requests.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance on-site.
• Requisition maintenance supplies, parts, and services.
• Ensure maintenance schedules are maintained through maintenance software.
• Complete daily maintenance reports and records.
• Provide maintenance support to production departments to minimize downtime.
