Edon Management is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join our Alberta office. You will be the first point of contact for our 900+ staff, solving problems and guiding users in a small, collaborative IT team.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and business apps, deploying devices, managing Active Directory and Entra ID, and documenting fixes for the knowledge base. Occasional travel to regional sites is expected.

The right person enjoys solving problems, learning new systems, andhelping people work through technical issues clearly and patiently.
This is a regular weekdayrole. After-hours work is rare and almost always planned in advance, forexample patching a line-of-business application, updating firewall firmware, orthe occasional outage. In practice it has worked out to a couple of times ayear.

Edon runs on Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform, and we areconstantly building, not just keeping the lights on. Once you have the helpdesk well in hand, we want you reaching further.
