We are seeking an Engineer-in-Training or Junior Industrial Process Engineer to join our growing Industrial team in either Halifax, NS or Fredericton, NB. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer who is interested in developing practical process engineering experience within industrial facilities, including pulp and paper, forestry, tissue manufacturing, and related process sectors.
As an Engineer-in-Training or Junior Industrial Process Engineer, you will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and project managers to support process engineering assignments through each stage of project delivery, from data collection and preliminary design through detailed engineering, construction support, and commissioning.

The salary range listed for this position represents the expected hiring range; actual starting compensation will vary based on factors such as professional experience, technical expertise, credentials, and alignment with the role's requirements, as well as internal compensation structures and market data. Beyond base salary, CBCL provides a comprehensive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits and a pension program from your first day of employment, along with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
