BluMetric Environmental Inc. in Ontario is seeking a junior hydrogeologist to join our multidisciplinary team.
You will plan, execute and manage hydrogeological and terrain analysis studies for land developers, waste facilities, and municipal clients, with opportunities to contribute to Phase I/II ESAs and site remediation. The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong report writing in English (French a plus), and the ability to travel locally.
BluMetric has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and reliable junior hydrogeologist to complement our multidisciplinary team in Ontario. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and technical skills to plan, execute and manage hydrogeological and terrain analysis studies to support our clients, including land planners and developers (rural lot development for severances / subdivisions on private servicing D-5-5/D-5-4, PTTW applications, etc.), landfills and other commercial/industrial (e.g., pits and quarries) and municipal sector clients. The successful candidate will also take part in hydrogeological study peer reviews and will participate in multi-disciplinary teams conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and site remediation. They will be responsible for preparing proposals and budgets, project management, coordination of work teams, preparation and review of quality technical reports.
