Junior Hydrogeologist
Play an integral role in Worley Consulting's Environmental & Sustainability (E&S) group, supporting impactful environmental and water resource projects across Alberta. As a Junior Hydrogeologist, you will contribute to projects that help clients responsibly manage groundwater resources, assess environmental risks, and support sustainable development. Working with multidisciplinary environmental teams, you will gain hands-on experience and build a consulting career within a global organization committed to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
The Junior Hydrogeologist supports hydrogeological and environmental projects through field investigations, technical analysis, data management, and reporting. This role helps inform client decisions, regulatory compliance, and long-term resource management while building technical and consulting skills across Alberta's energy, mining, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
This full-time position may be based in Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta.
The role includes a combination of office and field-based work, with more than 50% of time spent supporting field programs. Field assignments may involve rotational schedules of up to three weeks in duration and travel to client sites throughout Alberta. Preference may be given to candidates who are comfortable working in remote locations and outdoor environments.
