Oxygen8 is seeking a recent graduate or early-career professional to join our team as a technical expert for ERV, DOAS, and HVAC control systems. You will support customers and partners across North America, resolving complex issues and contributing to training and documentation.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, and Operations teams, traveling to deployments as needed and building expertise in commissioning, controls, troubleshooting, and customer support.

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000
In this role, you will become a trusted technical expert for Oxygen8's ERV, DOAS, and HVAC control systems, supporting customers and partners across North America. You'll solve complex technical challenges, provide commissioning support, and help ensure the successful operation of our products in the field. Beyond day-to-day troubleshooting, you'll contribute to technical training, improve support documentation, and collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and developing deep expertise in advanced HVAC and building automation technologies. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship while building technical expertise in commissioning, controls, troubleshooting, and customer support.
