Job summary

Future Electronics is seeking a Junior Health & Safety Coordinator to support Health & Safety activities across the EMEA region from the Headquarters. This role requires a proactive, detail oriented individual with knowledge of Health & Safety.

The Health & Safety Coordinator will support development, implementation, and maintenance of safety policies and ensure compliance. You will work with the Facilities Manager, HR, external consultants, and teams across locations to promote a positive

Qualifications

• Experience in a Health & Safety or related role; IOSH qualification desirable.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Effective communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Health & Safety policies, procedures, and Safe Systems of Work across EMEA.
• Assist in ensuring UK legislation and ISO standards compliance.
• Support risk assessments, inspections, audits, and site inspections.
• Coordinate Health & Safety training, inductions, emergency planning, and contractor compliance.
• Provide administrative support for EMEA office data, lease activity, and reporting.
• Support Facilities Manager in delivery of services across EMEA.
• Promote a positive safety culture.
