The Role:

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with an AI-first mindset, someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology. You understand great design principles but you also know that efficiency, automation and adaptability are part of the modern designer’s toolkit.

This role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong digital instincts, a foundational understanding of HTML/email design and a curiosity for using AI tools to streamline and elevate your work. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to bring campaigns to life across email, social media, landing pages and beyond, often using templated systems and automated workflows.

What You’ll Do:

• Design engaging digital assets for email, social, web banners and promotions
• Create and adapt visuals for automated email workflows
• Edit or collaborate on templated HTML email content, no heavy coding but you should understand structure
• Use AI tools to support and speed up design execution where applicable (ex: image generation, versioning, layout suggestions)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to build out landing pages and campaign concepts
• Ensure consistent, on-brand design across all customer touchpoints
• Assist with light print collateral and internal visuals when needed

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiar with HTML structure and email best practices
• Naturally curious and proactive when it comes to using AI design tools or exploring automation

• DEC in Graphic Design or equivalent hands-on experience

Ce poste est idéal pour une personne créative, avec un bon instinct digital, une base en conception HTML/email et une curiosité pour l’utilisation des outils IA afin d’optimiser et d’améliorer son travail. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe marketing pour donner vie aux campagnes sur divers supports : courriels, réseaux sociaux, pages d’atterrissage et plus encore – souvent à l’aide de systèmes de gabarits et de flux de travail automatisés.

Ce que vous ferez :

• Concevoir des éléments visuels engageants pour les courriels, les réseaux sociaux, les bannières web et les promotions
• Créer et adapter des visuels pour des courriels automatisés
• Modifier ou collaborer sur des contenus email en HTML basé sur des gabarits (pas de codage complexe, mais une bonne compréhension de la structure HTML est requise)
• Utiliser des outils IA pour soutenir et accélérer la production de visuels lorsque pertinent (ex. : génération d’images, déclinaisons, suggestions de mise en page)
• Collaborer avec l’équipe marketing pour développer des pages d’atterrissage et des concepts de campagnes
• Assurer la cohérence visuelle de la marque à travers tous les points de contact avec la clientèle
• Participer à la création de supports imprimés ou de visuels internes au besoin
  
  

Profil recherché :

• Maîtrise de la suite Adobe Creative (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Bonne connaissance de la structure HTML et des bonnes pratiques en email marketing
• Curiosité naturelle et proactivité dans l'exploration d’outils IA et d’automatisation
• Grand souci du détail, compréhension fine des principes de mise en page et de typographie
• Apprentissage rapide, esprit d’équipe et excellente gestion du temps et des échéances
• DEC en design graphique ou expérience équivalente
