Responsibilities

• Interpret plans and specifications for pricing.
• Prepare proposals for clients.

• Analyze quantities of change orders for extras.
• Ensure timely pricing for project closure.

• Maintain project files for estimate figures.
• Ensure worksheets and take-off forms are clear to reviewers.
