Zen Educate in Vancouver is seeking an Educator Recruitment Associate to lead the full hiring journey for paraprofessionals and substitute teachers. You will qualify, interview, onboard, and place educators in roles that fit their preferences and schools' needs, all from a fast-paced, hybrid setup.

The role is highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on proactive outreach and high-volume communication to place educators quickly in classrooms.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in customer service, recruitment, education, acting/theatre, or fast-paced startups are transferable.
• Proactive daily outreach and high-volume communication skills are essential.
• Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to hit targets.
• Independent, organized worker capable of managing a large pipeline of educators.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and interview applicants by phone, assess preferences, and schedule interviews.
• Match candidates to the right role based on preferences and needs of schools.
• Share Zen Educate's mission and create urgency to onboard educators quickly.
• Guide candidates through onboarding and document collection with thorough follow-up.
