Job summary

Commercial Logistic Inc is seeking a junior Dispatcher for TruckLoad Services in Richmond, BC. You will perform administrative duties for FTL fleets and act as afternoon dispatcher for linehaul and Richmond Tractor Service.

The role requires a specialist certificate or diploma and 2–3 years of experience, plus skills in MS Excel/Word, Access or similar databases, and transport systems. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Specialist certificate/diploma required.
• 2-3 years experience required.
• Proficient in data reporting and basic analysis.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and oversees fleet records for owner-operators and company equipment.
• Coordinating the movement of full load traffic.
• Administers the fleet licensing and insurance program for all fleet operations.
• Administers fuel program for all fleet operations.
• General duties as required.
