Responsibilities include in-person support for laptops, desktops, and devices, troubleshooting, and documenting interactions in the ticketing system, with remote/hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
