Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking an experienced Estimator to provide cost estimating services across major capital projects in Vancouver. You will develop budgets, review contractor submissions, and lead risk-based cost assessments with a collaborative team of engineers and technologists.

Hybrid work arrangement available in Vancouver (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). The role requires extensive estimating experience, a relevant degree, and professional licensure such as PEng

Qualifications

• Minimum of 14 years of experience in large or complex project estimating or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Holding recognized PEng licensure or certifications including CEP, CEP-AACE or CET.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost estimating services and SME review of contractor estimates, pricing submissions, change orders, and risk-related cost assessments.
• Develop and approve estimate plans, budgets, and schedules for major projects.
• Manage and control delivery of estimated work per the project plan.
• Identify estimating risks, participate in risk discussions, and implement mitigation strategies.
