Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Junior Contract Analyst in Calgary, Alberta. The role supports strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement strategy across IT software, hardware, telecom, and services.

Hybrid in-office and WFH arrangement with a focus on contract negotiations and supplier relationships. The position requires 3+ years in IT/technology sourcing, a business or supply chain degree, and experience with software/hardware/IT services contracts, plus strong communication

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT/Technology sourcing experience.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience with software, hardware, and IT services contracts.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• SAP, Ariba, or Power BI experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Contract negotiation experience.
• Technical aptitude and understanding of procurement processes.

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Junior Contract Analyst in the city of in Calgary, Alberta. The Contract Analyst will support strategic sourcing and vendor management for technology-related spend. This role partners with internal stakeholders to develop procurement strategies, lead sourcing initiatives, and manage supplier relationships to support business objectives.

Total rewards:$30.00 - $33.00 hourlyContract through March 31, 2027

Location: Downtown Calgary

Hybrid Work Model: Monday-Thursday in office, WFH Friday

A typical day:

• Manage sourcing for IT software, hardware, telecom, and services
• Support demand planning and procurement strategies
• Lead RFx processes and supplier evaluations
• Conduct market and supplier research
• Negotiate contracts and vendor agreements
• Manage supplier performance and contract compliance
• Partner with stakeholders across business units

Successful candidates will have:
