Job summary

PTW Energy Services, Inc. based in Nisku seeks a Junior Construction Coordinator, Administrator to keep project information flowing and documentation accurate.

You will support several construction projects, working with project leaders, field teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progress. This role offers hands-on learning in construction project coordination, with a focus on organization, proactive problem solving, and growing responsibilities within the project team.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administration or project coordination experience.
  • Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Desire to learn and grow within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and coordination support across multiple construction projects.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, records, and files.
  • Assisting with project reports, correspondence, travel and tracking.
  • Supporting Project Managers and construction teams with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating project activities.
  • Tracking project information, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Communicating with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, timesheets, and other project administration.
  • Helping ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Taking on new projects and responsibilities as you develop your skills.

At PTW, we're looking for a Junior Construction Coordinator, Administrator who is organized, proactive, and ready to build their career in construction project coordination.
