Qualifications

• Entry‑level role; willingness to learn estimating is required.
• Basic understanding of vehicle components, collision damage, and repair processes is an asset.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organization are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing vehicle inspections to document collision damage and determine repairs.
• Help prepare initial estimates using CCC, Mitchell, Audatex software.
• Support senior estimators in reviewing repair plans for OEM compliance.
• Communicate with customers to gather information and provide updates.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and parts department as needed.
• Monitor repair progress and maintain organized repair files.
