Qualifications

• Experience as an auto body/collision estimator.
• Strong working knowledge of CCCOne and Mitchell Estimator.
• Solid understanding of collision repair processes and industry standards.
• Ability to assess both visible and hidden damages.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple jobs.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections and complete accurate damage assessments.
• Write comprehensive estimates using estimating software.
• Review estimates with customers and answer questions.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters for approvals.
• Ensure smooth repair workflow by collaborating with teams.
• Follow up with customers during the repair process.
• Perform final inspections to verify repairs.
• Organize documentation of estimates and insurance correspondence.
• Support front office customer service needs.
