Job description

Due to our firm's adaptability, resiliency, and creativity, we maximized the relationships we have previously built in the telecommunications industry and are walking into 2025 with new lucrative essential service provider partnerships. In response to our business's continued growth, we are looking for a Junior Client Service Representative to serve this new partnership. The Junior Client Service Representative will assist and oversee an existing customer and new customer base that our clientele provides us through a lead-generated database.

Junior Level Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with management staff to stay updated on new client products, services, sales promotions, and policies
  2. Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns and resolving issues promptly
  3. Provide targeted service and product solutions during one-on-one meetings with customers and clients
  4. Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity and discretion according to the client's compliance and privacy policies
  5. Suggest areas of improvement to management staff to increase consumer and client satisfaction
  6. Represent our organization and clients in a professional business manner at all times

Junior Client Service Representative Qualifications:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a client or customer-facing position
  2. Must be able to follow directions and excel in a team-oriented environment
  3. Technologically-savvy and able to quickly learn new software programs and adjust to software updates
  4. Superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  5. Excellent communication skills with a high emotional intelligence
  6. Value transparency, honesty, and will always do the right thing even when no one is watching
