CapWest is seeking a Junior Civil Project Manager to drive civil construction projects from start to finish. You will manage budgets, subcontractors, and site operations in a hands-on role within a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate has strong organization, collaboration, and hands-on project management skills in a fast-paced environment. Salary ranges and benefits support career growth in North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Civil and Infrastructure construction and related projects.
• Direct work experience in a project management capacity across phases.
• Experience overseeing large Heavy Civil and Infrastructure projects is an asset.
• Degree, diploma, or PM education is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure of Civil and Infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; track critical path and deadlines.
• Oversee tendering, contract administration, and subcontractor coordination.
• Define project scope, allocate resources, and manage documentation and reporting.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and drawing specifications.
