About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern – Junior Buyer to temporarily support our Procurement Department while our Junior Buyer is on medical leave. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multi-plant manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in day-to-day purchasing activities, including placing purchase orders and ensuring timely

delivery.

· Support procurement strategies for categories such as packaging, PPE, and raw materials.

· Monitor supplier performance and help resolve delivery or quality issues.

· Analyze inventory and consumption data to support demand forecasting.

· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement aligns with business needs.

· Help maintain accurate procurement documentation and support ERP system updates (Sage X3).

· Participate in cost-saving initiatives and supply chain improvement projects.

Qualifications

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a college or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain

Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems (Sage X3)

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Multilingual skills (Vietnamese or Spanish) are an asset.

Work Hours: 7.30 AM to 4.00 PM

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Pay : 19$ to 22$
