Your New Company

You will be working for a local private real estate owner with a portfolio of mixed commercial properties across AB and BC. Due to growth, they are in need of a new Junior Building Operator to support a portfolio across Calgary.

Your New Role

You will report to the Property Manager and work closely with other Building Operators. You will be responsible for supporting a 400,000+ sq ft. mixed commercial portfolio across Calgary. Your duties include assisting with day-to-day operations, work orders, planned and preventative maintenance, and overseeing contractors on site.

What You'll Need to Succeed

My client is looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in building operations or maintenance. Since the portfolio has only 1 boiler and the rest are RTUs, a 5th class boiler license isn't required but would be beneficial. You must be able to drive across multiple sites in Calgary. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be interacting face-to-face with tenants daily and overseeing contractors on site.
