What a Typical Workday Looks Like

As a member of the management team, you will support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining our standards, and motivating your team to excel.

Sales

• Train your team to provide excellent customer support, sales techniques, and product knowledge;
• Greet customers warmly, assist them in finding products, and explain features and materials;
• Coordinate store activities with the management team;
• Ensure smooth store operations and outstanding service;
• Achieve personal sales goals with training support;
• Share information and motivate your team to meet sales targets.

Human Resources

• Create a positive work environment fostering pride and belonging;
• Promote the company’s vision, mission, and culture;
• Demonstrate leadership and serve as a role model;
• Build a high-performance team through recruitment, training, and sourcing top candidates;
• Manage team absences and punctuality.

Marketing and Visual Presentation

• Create an attractive store environment based on planograms;
• Monitor competitors’ activities;
• Reflect brand image to build customer loyalty;
• Assist with order planning and visual displays;
• Maintain store and backstore cleanliness and appearance.

Administration

• Analyze sales, traffic, and productivity reports;
• Open and close the store;
• Follow policies and procedures from head office;
• Perform additional duties to support the team.
