The Assistant Guest Experience Manager, Mission Hill Family Estate is responsible for all facets of the Boutique and Tasting Room, ensuring operational excellence in guest service, employee engagement, inventory management, and retail merchandising. This is a temporary 12-month contract.

The typical hiring range for this positionis $60,000 - $65,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
