The Assistant Guest Experience Manager, Mission Hill Family Estate is responsible for all facets of the Boutique and Tasting Room, ensuring operational excellence in guest service, employee engagement, inventory management, and retail merchandising. This is a temporary 12-month contract.

Accountabilities & Impact:

  • Hire, train, motivate and develop a high-performance team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving topline results
  • Use technology to support and implement experiences and strategies to maximize revenue, minimize expenses, and drive gains to the bottom line
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Guest Experience, by creating and implementing organized team plans
  • Manage inventory control and retail merchandise
  • Promote and support retail activities and achievements of targets
  • Maintain policies and procedures to ensure clear communication with the team
  • Contribute to the planning of guest and member experiences

Skills & Experiences Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related
  • Software-skilled individual with proven abilities in CRM tools, MS Office, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in team leadership, customer service, sales, or similar
  • Tasting room or hospitality experience is an asset
  • Track record of proven results in luxury sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication, both written and oral
  • Collaborator, creative storyteller and problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit and innovative drive to achieve great results
