Junior Analyst – BCE (Brokerage, Commissions, Executions)

Hybrid - Montreal)

Join the Global Market Data Services team supporting BCE (Brokerage, Commissions, Executions), market data, and technology. As a Junior Analyst, you’ll play a key role in invoice reconciliation and approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Log new invoices in the master inventory database
• Review cost centers, service names, and costs for accuracy
• Communicate with LOB managers for billing confirmation and approvals
• Process invoices in Coupa for payment

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to manage high volumes of invoices under tight deadlines
• Strong judgment and conceptual thinking

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Market Data Manager (MDM)
• Familiarity with SmartProcure (Coupa)
• BG in banking or financial institutions
• Montreal (BMO HQ) – Hybrid (1–3 days in office)
• Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (37.5 hrs / week)

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
