Join Robertson & Company Ltd. as a BCE Analyst (Brokerage, Commissions, Executions) - Junior.

Job Details:

• Contract Period: 24 months with potential for conversion
• Pay Rate: To be determined
• Location: Hybrid; 1-3 days onsite, must be able to commute
• Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Logging new invoices in the master inventory database
• Reviewing cost center, service names, and costs for billing accuracy
• Contacting LOB managers to confirm billing details and seek approval
• Processing invoices in Coupa for payment

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong financial, analytical, and judgmental skills
• Ability to work in complex environments and process large volumes of invoices within strict timelines
• Must complete a criminal and credit check as part of the application process
