Job summary

SOLV4EX is hiring a Junior Accountant in Calgary, AB to support day-to-day financial operations with emphasis on AP and AR. You will maintain accurate records, process invoices, support billing and collections, and assist with month-end activities within a collaborative finance team.

The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle AP/AR, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with QuickBooks Online or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience handling full-cycle AP and AR workflows.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or NetSuite and intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments with three-way matching.
• Billing and invoicing of customers based on milestones or sales data.
• Post customer payments and monitor aging invoices.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations monthly.
• Assist with month-end close and related journal entries.
