About The Role
We seek a Junior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. You will assist in processing and reconciling the full expense cycle with accuracy, supporting month-end close and other accounting functions.

What You’ll Do

1. Review and record sales transactions, reconcile revenue weekly and monthly.
2. Monitor payments and apply them to receivables, ensuring timely receipt.
3. Reconcile corporate credit card transactions with proper documentation.
4. Process vendor invoices, obtain approvals, and ensure accuracy.
5. Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
6. Manage source documents, maintaining organized and complete records.
7. Assist with month-end close and audit requests.
8. Collaborate on projects to improve accounting processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Post-secondary education in Accounting.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience, capable of working under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel and quick learner of new tools.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and relationship builder.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work hard.
• Ability to work on-site at our Toronto office.
