Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. This role will involve working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive successful campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Assist in governance of established agency workflow, and help identify accountability and responsibilities on a per project basis
• Support in building out and maintaining project templates, check lists, and standard operating procedures
• Support with maintaining internal time tracking and pulling hours, updating client-facing dashboards, and monitoring team utilization
• Day-to-day operational upkeep — support with updating and maintaining agendas, housekeeping documents and materials, and Google Drive filing system
• Ensure consistency in project scope, establish key phases, and set project timelines
• Monitor costs, resources, and scope to ensure projects are on track and budget
• Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement project plans
• Gather the necessary information to plan and implement each client project
• Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria to stakeholders
• Participate and/or lead project briefings with key stakeholders and ensure expectations are set on deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements
• Manage procurements and vendors when needed
• Assist in reviewing vendor contracts, SOWs, change of scopes for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish costs and time for scope requests.
• Provide timely updates and documentation to the internal and external teams, including quotes/estimates, timeline, status, next steps, and budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Set-up project management templates, and consistently update project documentation through all phases of the project lifecycle to keep internal teams and client(s) updated

Resource Management:

• Assist in resource allocation and scheduling for new projects/ campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Manage project documentation and ensure all relevant materials are organized and accessible.

External Management & Internal Planning

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on content creation, posting schedules, and campaign deliverables
• Act as a point of contact for external partners and address any issues that may arise during campaigns
• Assist in the creation of project briefs and timelines

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Formal education or certification in project management is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools
• Prior experience in influencer marketing or project management
