Your work will contribute to meaningful causes, helping our not-for-profit clients connect with their audiences and achieve their missions.

As a Jr. Production Designer, you’ll work on the preparation and delivery of print and digital materials for integrated campaigns. From file setup to final upload, you’ll ensure everything is technically accurate and aligned with brand and accessibility standards.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat), Microsoft Office suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Figma, and a bunch of other programs you may never use – but you’re that good!
  • Strong production skills, leveraging the above programs to produce technically accurate files for both digital and print production output, on par with best practice and the latest industry standards
  • Understanding of digital production standards (i.e., accessibility standards, social media & Google ad specs, email best practices, mobile first understanding, files sizes and formats, resolution, etc.)
  • Ability to coordinate multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, leveraging exceptional organizational skills to manage competing deadlines and maintain quality deliverables in fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to adapt to evolving project requirements
  • A positive attitude paired with excellent teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating effectively across various departments in a remote working environment
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • 1–2 years’ practical working experience is not required but a welcomed bonus
  • A history of working with not-for-profit clients is also considered a bonus

·Format and revise content across a wide range of mediums, including digital (display ads, social media assets, HTML emails, responsive landing pages) and print (direct mail packages, newsletters, inserts, and marketing collateral)
