Rome Logistics Group is seeking a Jr Operations Coordinator in London, ON. This entry-level, in-office role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and offers a base salary of $50,000.
You will track and trace freight, maintain shipment data, and support the Operations and Sales teams to keep loads moving across North America. Training is available for the right candidate, with growth potential within the company.

As a Jr Operations Coordinator, you will provide essential day-to-day support to our team by helping track and trace freight, maintain accurate shipment information, and ensure loads are progressing as expected. You will work closely with our Operations and Sales teams to provide updates, follow up on shipments, and assist with keeping freight moving smoothly across North America.
This is an entry-level, fast-paced role that is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Previous 3PL or logistics experience is an asset but is not required — we are willing to train the right candidate who is dependable, motivated, and interested in building a career in the transportation and logistics industry.
