Job summary

Mayfield Management Group Ltd. in Edmonton is seeking a motivated maintenance technician to support our residential properties with day-to-day upkeep and reliable, friendly service.

Responsibilities include caulking and grouting, installing blinds and light fixtures, repairing doors and windows, and managing turnover maintenance for rental suites; you’ll answer maintenance questions from staff, residents and owners promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• 2-4 years of maintenance or related experience.
• Trades experience (plumbing, flooring, painting, drywalling) an asset.
• Residential/apartment maintenance preferred.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work and be highly organized.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess an exceptional customer service philosophy
